Sourced locally, you can see the current farms on the chalk board, all of the meats, cheeses and veggies come from various locations. The charcuterie board is always changing with local fare and pairs well with any of the wines or beers offered.. 

The local beer list is also great as TnT serves many different local libations.   

Call ahead to make a reservation especially with a large group.  You can now eat outdoors on the A street walk.  It's been finished to allow only foot traffic.
